Hey guys, it's Aliya! Hopefully you've been waiting for chapter 1 of Finding My Own Destiny! :D :D :D There is one thing before I start I would like to say. When adressing the story, please adress it as Destiny or Finding. Thanks!! Here's Chapter 1! :)

I was born on a snowy January night, my parents were almost happy. My mother was furious that I was half wolf like my sister. On the other hand, she was happy to have another young girl. My sister was two years old at the time when I was born. Both Cerise and I developed quicker than average people since we were half wolf. Cerise was the first to change out of us two. My mother was fussing about her and how she changed into the wolf creature.

“Her fur is too gray, it looks as black as midnight!” My mother argued with my father one evening after dinner, At this time, I was 9 and Cerise was 11. “Her ears are also too big, she cannot hide them with her hair!” While arguing both my sister and I were playing with my mother’s red hood. We both adored our mother’s hood. Cerise decided to put it on and show our mother how much she looked like her. Cerise stumbled in, the too large coat tangling under her feet and tripping her. Then an idea struck in our mother’s head.

“We shall give her a cloak then.” My mother said astonished that we even found it, “A red one, something large, but not too large, like this one,” My mom said glaring at Cerise for playing with it. “We’ll need a simple pattern on the back.” My mom continued. Then I came in with large bunches of tulips for our mother.

“A tulip pattern on the back, white of course, and then the main color will be a dark red.” My mother said to my father happily taking the flowers from me.

“Wonderful.” My father agreed.

“One more thing,” My mother exclaimed, “She needs to be able to travel in the shadows.”

“Shadows!” Cerise exclaimed, “But Mother, I hate the dark!”

“I know sweetheart,” Mother comforted Cerise, “But you must not be noticed when traveling under your cloak. And don’t worry soon Ramona will be getting one.”

“What?!” I exclaimed.

“You will be getting one soon.” My mother repeated.
